Record growth leads to whitehotproperty.co.uk revamp

We’ve revamped whitehotproperty.co.uk, giving  home buyers access to a host of brand new services designed to help buyers browse the UK’s largest stock of chain-free properties.

The changes come as the site posts a record growth in site visitors and more and more home buyers realise the benefits of buying a chain free property sold by a lender or home builder. Last month, statistics showed that this type of property is, on average, 6.4% below the general market value.
